Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with cheese and herbs, perfect as an appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 100g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Finely chop the mushroom stems and garlic.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped stems and garlic until soft.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in cheese until well combined.
  6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
