Ingredients:
- 250g mushrooms
- 100g cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Finely chop the mushroom stems and garlic.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped stems and garlic until soft.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheese until well combined.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
