Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with a savory mixture of cheese and vegetables, perfect for any appetizer platter.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 100g spinach
  • 50g cheese
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the spinach until wilted.
  4. Mix the sautéed spinach with chopped mushroom stems and cheese.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
