Delicious stuffed mushrooms are a perfect appetizer, filled with a mix of cheese, garlic, and vegetables for a savory bite.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 50g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g spinach

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Chop the mushroom stems finely and set aside.
  4. In a pan, heat some oil and add the chopped garlic and mushroom stems, sautéing until soft.
  5. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted; then let the mixture cool slightly.
  6. Mix the sautéed mixture with cheese until well combined.
  7. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture generously.
  8. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
