Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Delicious stuffed mushroom caps filled with a savory mixture of garlic, spinach, and cheese. Perfect for a tasty appetizer that will impress your guests!

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g spinach
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 50g cheese (grated)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  5. Remove from heat, then mix in cream cheese and half of the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach and cheese mixture.
  7. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and top with the remaining grated cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are cooked and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
