Delicious stuffed mushroom caps filled with a mix of garlic, spinach, and cheese, perfect for a tasty appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 300g mushrooms
  • 100g spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Chop the spinach and garlic finely.
  4. In a skillet, sauté the garlic in a little oil until fragrant, then add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Take off heat and mix in the cheese until well combined.
  6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the spinach and cheese mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
