Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Delicious stuffed mushroom caps filled with a savory mixture of cheese, garlic, and herbs. Perfect as an appetizer for any gathering!

Ingredients:

  • 200g mushrooms
  • 50g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside the caps.
  3. Finely chop the mushroom stems and garlic cloves.
  4. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped mushroom stems and garlic until softened.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the cheese until well combined.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture and place them on a baking tray.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
