Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
- 250 grams of mini bell peppers
- 100 grams of cream cheese
- 50 grams of shredded cheese
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon of chives (chopped)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to fill each pepper.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the peppers are tender.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
