Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of mini bell peppers
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 grams of shredded cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon of chives (chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff the bell peppers with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to fill each pepper.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the peppers are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
