Stuffed Bell Peppers

These delicious stuffed bell peppers are a perfect appetizer, filled with a flavorful mixture of vegetables and cheese. They're colorful, healthy, and easy to prepare!

Ingredients:

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 200g ground beef
  • 100g onion
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in half of the cheese.
  7. Stuff the bell peppers with the beef mixture.
  8. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbling.
