Ingredients:
- 3 bell peppers
- 200g ground beef
- 100g onion
- 100g tomato
- 50g cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in half of the cheese.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the beef mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbling.
