Ingredients:
- 2 bell peppers
- 200g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 100g rice
- 1 tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cooked rice and chopped tomatoes, mixing well.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the beef and rice mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
