Stuffed Bell Peppers

Delicious and colorful stuffed bell peppers filled with protein and vegetables, perfect for a healthy appetizer!

Ingredients:

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 200g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 100g rice
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent.
  4. Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in cooked rice and chopped tomatoes, mixing well.
  6. Stuff the bell peppers with the beef and rice mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
  8. Serve warm.
