Ingredients:
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 carrot
- 100g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100g rice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add the grated carrot and ground beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the cooked rice and mix well.
