Stuffed Bell Peppers

Delicious stuffed bell peppers filled with a savory mixture of vegetables and spices, perfect for a flavorful appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 carrot
  • 100g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g rice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the grated carrot and ground beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice and mix well.
  6. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and vegetable mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes to allow the tops to brown.
