Ingredients:

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 100g ground beef
  • 50g onion
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a pan, sauté chopped onion until translucent.
  4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Mix in chopped tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and place in a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
