  • 50g onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Fill each bell pepper with the beef mixture and place them upright in a baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
