Stuffed Bell Pepper Bites

Ingredients:
- 2 large bell peppers
- 150g ground beef
- 100g onion
- 50g cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil

- pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stuff the bell pepper halves with the beef mixture.
- Top each stuffed pepper with grated cheese and place them in the oven.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted.
