  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Incorporate the sliced onions and cook until soft.
  4. Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned through.
  5. Stir in the bell peppers and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, Sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  7. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and flavors meld together.
  9. Serve hot over cooked rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
