Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 100 grams of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50 grams of red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
