  • 4 eggs
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions:

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
