  • 300g potatoes
  • 100g spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Finely chop the spinach, onion, and garlic, and add them to the bowl with the grated potatoes.
  3. Add the flour, salt, and pepper to the mixture, and mix well until combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
