Savory Vegetable Fritters

Delicious and crispy savory vegetable fritters made with fresh vegetables, perfect for a snack or appetizer!

Ingredients:

  • 200g grated zucchini
  • 100g grated carrot
  • 50g finely chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sunflower oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the zucchini and carrot and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion to the bowl.
  3. Crack in the eggs and mix well until combined.
  4. Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring until a thick batter forms.
  5. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  6. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
  8. Fry each fritter for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
