Savory Vegetable Fritters
Delicious and crispy savory vegetable fritters made with fresh vegetables, perfect for a snack or appetizer!
Ingredients:
- 200g grated zucchini
- 100g grated carrot
- 50g finely chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 100g flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sunflower oil for frying
Instructions:
- Grate the zucchini and carrot and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the finely chopped onion to the bowl.
- Crack in the eggs and mix well until combined.
- Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring until a thick batter forms.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Fry each fritter for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
