Savory Vegetable Fritters

Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes, grated
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 100g flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes, carrot, zucchini, and chopped onion.
- Add the flour and mix well until the vegetables are coated.
