Savory Vegetable Fritters

Ingredients:
- 200g carrot, grated
- 150g zucchini, grated
- 50g green onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 100g flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sunflower oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the grated carrot and zucchini along with chopped green onions.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then combine them with the carrot and zucchini mixture.
- Gradually add in the flour, mixing until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
