Savory Vegetable Fritters

Crispy and delicious savory vegetable fritters made with a mix of fresh vegetables, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 200g carrot
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the carrot and zucchini into a bowl and finely chop the onion.
  2. Add eggs and flour to the vegetable mixture and season with salt. Mix well until combined.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and shape into patties.
  4. Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve warm.
