Savory Vegetable Fritters
Crispy and delicious savory vegetable fritters made with a mix of fresh vegetables, perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 200g carrot
- 100g zucchini
- 100g onion
- 2 eggs
- 50g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- oil for frying
Instructions:
- Grate the carrot and zucchini into a bowl and finely chop the onion.
- Add eggs and flour to the vegetable mixture and season with salt. Mix well until combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and shape into patties.
- Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from pan and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve warm.
