Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 300ml water
- 7g yeast
- 10g salt
- 30ml olive oil
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the water and olive oil, then mix them into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Add the grated carrot, zucchini, chopped onion, and bell pepper to the dough and knead until well combined.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and spread it out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
