Savory Vegetable Flatbread

Delicious and healthy savory flatbread made with wholesome ingredients such as carrots, spinach, and flour, perfect for any meal or as a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g carrot (grated)
  • 50 g spinach (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • water

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the grated carrot, chopped spinach, and minced garlic to the bowl.
  3. Pour in the olive oil and mix the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Gradually add water, a little at a time, until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
  7. Roll out the rested dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  8. Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cut into pieces to serve.
