Savory Vegetable Flatbread
Delicious and healthy savory flatbread made with wholesome ingredients such as carrots, spinach, and flour, perfect for any meal or as a snack.
Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g carrot (grated)
- 50 g spinach (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- water
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt.
- Add the grated carrot, chopped spinach, and minced garlic to the bowl.
- Pour in the olive oil and mix the ingredients together until well combined.
- Gradually add water, a little at a time, until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Roll out the rested dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cut into pieces to serve.
