  • 350g flour
  • 150g carrot
  • 100g onion
  • 100g zucchini
  • 10g salt
  • 10g yeast
  • 250ml warm water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast together.
  3. Grate the carrot and zucchini, and finely chop the onion.
  4. Add the grated carrot, zucchini, and chopped onion to the dry ingredients.
  5. Pour in the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  7. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  8. Once risen, shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased bread pan.
  9. Let it rise for another 30 minutes, then bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
