  • 100g grated carrot
  • 50g finely chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 150ml water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 30g butter

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add the grated carrot, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the dry ingredients.
  3. Gradually pour in the water and mix to form a dough.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  7. After rising, punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  8. Place the loaf into a greased bread pan and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
