  • 100ml water

  • 30g butter

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add grated carrot, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the dry ingredients.
  3. Pour in the water and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  7. After rising, punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  8. Place the loaf in a greased baking pan and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
