- 10g yeast

Instructions:

- In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add the yeasty water and melted butter to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a loaf.
