- 100g zucchini (grated)

- 7g dry yeast

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar together.
- In another bowl, combine the grated carrot, grated zucchini, and chopped onion.
- In a small saucepan, warm the water to about 37°C (98°F) and mix in the dry yeast, allowing it to activate for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the flour mixture with the vegetable mix, then gradually add the yeast mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
