Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 200g carrot
- 100g onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300ml water
- 7g yeast
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C.
- Finely grate the carrot, and chop the onion and garlic finely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour mixture.
- Stir in the grated carrot, chopped onion, and garlic until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased baking tin.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
