- In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar, then sprinkle the yeast on top. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Add the grated carrot, grated zucchini, and melted butter to the flour mixture.
- Pour the yeast mixture into the bowl with the flour and vegetables, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
