Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 100g carrot
  • 50g onion
  • 50g zucchini
  • 5g salt
  • 10g yeast
  • 150ml water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Grate the carrot and zucchini, and finely chop the onion.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, grated carrot, grated zucchini, chopped onion, salt, and yeast.
  4. Gradually add the water while mixing to form a soft dough.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  7. After rising, punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  8. Place the loaf in a greased baking pan and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
