- 250g flour
- 100g carrot, grated
- 50g zucchini, grated
- 30g onion, finely chopped
- 50g cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 7g dry yeast
- 150ml warm water
- 30g butter, melted
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the grated carrot, grated zucchini, finely chopped onion, and shredded cheese.
- Pour the frothy yeast mixture into the dry ingredients followed by the melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let the loaf rise again for 30 minutes, then bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
