Ingredients:
- 300g flour
- 100g carrot
- 100g zucchini
- 50g onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 7g yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 200ml warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix warm water and olive oil, then add it to the dry ingredients.
- Grate the carrot and zucchini, and finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Add the grated vegetables to the mixture and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased bread pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
