Ingredients:
- 300g flour
- 100g carrot
- 100g zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- 10g butter
- 200ml milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yeast
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grate the carrot and zucchini, then finely chop the garlic.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for a few minutes until frothy.
- Combine the flour mixture with the yeast mixture, then add the grated carrot, zucchini, and garlic. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
