Ingredients:

  • 300g flour
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 100g spinach
  • 7g yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
  4. Stir in the mashed potatoes and chopped onion.
  5. Add the spinach and mix well.
  6. Slowly pour in the water and olive oil, kneading the dough until it is elastic.
  7. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place.
  8. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
