Ingredients:

  • 300g flour
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g carrot
  • 50g onion
  • 30g butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 7g yeast
  • 200ml warm water
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour mixture.
  2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  3. While the dough is rising, finely chop the zucchini, carrot, and onion. Sauté them in a pan with melted butter until soft.
  4. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle, spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over it, and roll it up tightly.
  5. Place the rolled bread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
  7. Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
