Ingredients:
- 300g flour
- 100g zucchini
- 100g carrot
- 50g onion
- 30g butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 7g yeast
- 200ml warm water
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour mixture.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- While the dough is rising, finely chop the zucchini, carrot, and onion. Sauté them in a pan with melted butter until soft.
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle, spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over it, and roll it up tightly.
