Ingredients:

  • 200g spinach
  • 100g cheese
  • 200g flour
  • 200ml water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour and water to create a dough. Knead it until smooth and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
  3. Sauté the spinach in a pan until wilted, then let cool.
  4. Combine the sautéed spinach with the cheese in a bowl and mix well.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut it into small circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of each circle.
  7. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
  8. Place the puffs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
