Savory Spinach and Cheese Puff

- 200g spinach
- 100g cheese
- 200g flour
- 200ml water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, mix the flour and water to create a dough. Knead it until smooth and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
- Sauté the spinach in a pan until wilted, then let cool.
- Combine the sautéed spinach with the cheese in a bowl and mix well.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
- Place the puffs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
