  • 300g chicken breast
  • 250g broccoli
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g carrot
  • 30ml sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate it with a tablespoon of sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, chop the broccoli into florets, slice the bell pepper, and julienne the carrot.
  3. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the remaining sesame oil.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot) to the pan and stir-fry for another 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
