Ingredients:
- 300g chicken breast
- 250g broccoli
- 100g bell pepper
- 100g carrot
- 30ml sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate it with a tablespoon of sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, chop the broccoli into florets, slice the bell pepper, and julienne the carrot.
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the remaining sesame oil.
