Salmon Avocado Rice Bowl

A delicious and nutritious bowl featuring rice, tender salmon, creamy avocado, and savory seaweed.

Ingredients:

  • 300g rice
  • 200g salmon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 sheets seaweed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. While the rice is cooking, prepare the salmon. You can grill, bake, or pan-sear the salmon until it is cooked through and flaky.
  3. Once the salmon is ready, slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado into thin pieces.
  5. Lay a bed of warm rice in a bowl.
  6. Arrange the sliced salmon and avocado on top of the rice.
  7. Tear the seaweed sheets into bite-sized pieces and scatter them over the rice and toppings.
  8. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the bowl, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
