Quick Beef Stroganoff

A quick and elegant beef stroganoff served over creamy noodles, perfect for a beginner who wants to impress with haute cuisine.

Ingredients:

  • 300g beef (sliced thinly)
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 200g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 200ml sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Push the vegetables to the side and add the sliced beef to the pan. Cook until browned.
  6. Stir in the mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing everything together.
  7. Reduce the heat and gradually stir in the sour cream until well combined and heated through.
  8. Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
