This delicious dish combines salmon and pasta with a creamy peanut butter sauce, enhanced by the umami of soy sauce and a touch of sweetness from honey. The lime juice adds a refreshing zing, while green onions and cilantro provide freshness and color. A perfect fusion meal!
Ingredients:
- 200g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 150g salmon fillet
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, flaked salmon, and peanut butter sauce. Toss well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated.
- Add chopped green onions and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
