Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 100 g parmesan cheese, grated
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnishing (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced potatoes with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the potato mixture evenly across the bottom.
- Pour half of the heavy cream over the first layer, then sprinkle half of the grated parmesan cheese on top.
