  • 500g fish fillets
  • 100g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 200g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the fish fillets with olive oil on both sides and then coat them in the parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Place the coated fish fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
