Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mussels
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
