Ingredients:
- 1 lb mussels
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Clean the mussels thoroughly and steam them until they open. Discard any mussels that do not open.
