Melon Lime Sorbet

A refreshing and fruity sorbet made with fresh melon and zesty lime, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients:

  • 500g melon (diced)
  • 100ml lime juice
  • 100g sugar
  • 200ml water

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the diced melon, lime juice, sugar, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
  4. Once the sorbet is fully frozen and fluffy, scoop it into bowls and serve cold.
