  • 50g spinach
  • 50g cucumber, sliced
  • 50g tomato, sliced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay the whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface.
