Mediterranean Veggie Wrap
A delicious and healthy Mediterranean Veggie Wrap packed with fresh vegetables and flavors. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner!
Ingredients:
- 1 whole grain tortilla
- 50 g spinach
- 50 g cucumber
- 50 g bell pepper
- 50 g avocado
- 30 g feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Spread the whole grain tortilla on a clean surface.
- Layer fresh spinach evenly on the tortilla.
- Add sliced cucumber and bell pepper on top of the spinach.
- Spread mashed avocado over the vegetables, then crumble feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
