Mediterranean Veggie Wrap

A delicious and healthy Mediterranean Veggie Wrap packed with fresh vegetables and flavors. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain tortilla
  • 50 g spinach
  • 50 g cucumber
  • 50 g bell pepper
  • 50 g avocado
  • 30 g feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Spread the whole grain tortilla on a clean surface.
  2. Layer fresh spinach evenly on the tortilla.
  3. Add sliced cucumber and bell pepper on top of the spinach.
  4. Spread mashed avocado over the vegetables, then crumble feta cheese on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  7. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
