Mediterranean Veggie Wrap
A delicious and healthy Mediterranean Veggie Wrap filled with fresh vegetables and hummus, perfect for a light lunch or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 large tortilla
- 50g hummus
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 50g spinach
- 50g bell pepper, sliced
- 30g feta cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the hummus evenly across the tortilla.
- Layer the sliced cucumber, tomato, spinach, and bell pepper on top of the hummus.
- If using, sprinkle feta cheese over the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.
