Ingredients:
- 1 large whole wheat wrap
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Spread the olive oil over the whole wheat wrap.
- Layer the spinach, bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, and avocado on the wrap.
