Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 100g spinach
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1/4 cucumber

Instructions:

  1. Spread the avocado evenly on the whole wheat tortilla.
  2. Layer the spinach on top of the avocado.
  3. Add slices of bell pepper and cucumber over the spinach.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end to the other, to create a wrap.
  5. Cut the wrap in half and serve fresh.
