Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 100g spinach
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/4 cucumber
Instructions:
- Spread the avocado evenly on the whole wheat tortilla.
- Layer the spinach on top of the avocado.
- Add slices of bell pepper and cucumber over the spinach.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end to the other, to create a wrap.
